Terms of payment and delivery

Prices are in Euros and are packed from our German warehouse plus any VAT.

The packaging, freight and insurance are calculated at cost price and depend upon the number of boxes and volume. A return and credit of packaging material is not possible.

 

Delivery:

Delivery will be on pallet to the delivery address given by the customer. Within Germany, we ship from EUR 75.00 / pallet. The actual freight costs depend on quantity and weight and are determined individually for each order. Individual components that do not require a pallet shipment will be sent as an insured package.
Delivery time: up to 120 days from order
We always endeavour to hold stock to make delivery times as short as possible for you. Contact us!

If we have your dream cart in stock, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery dates are kept to as far as possible and are not binding.

Exceeding these deadlines, the buyer can easily derive no rights. If the agreed delivery time is exceeded by more than six weeks, the buyer can set a grace period of four weeks by a registered letter. If the delivery does not take place, then the buyer cannot demand damages but can withdraw from the contract. The resignation must be declared in writing by registered letter. A right of withdrawal of the customer is excluded, however, if our inability to deliver is due to force majeure, including war and mobilization. The same applies if the fulfilment is considerably impeded by changes in the conditions existing at the time of conclusion of the contract, disruptions of any kind, such as strikes and lockouts, scarcity of raw and auxiliary materials, machine damage and other faults in the facilities, also if our supplier does not deliver or delivers late.

 

Payments:

First order and foreign customers only at receipt of payment in advance.

Subsequent orders only by individual agreement:

• 50% deposit
• after delivery within 10 days less 2% discount,
• or within 21 days without any deduction

 

Delivery and payment abroad

Deliveries to EU countries are subject to the following conditions: The following costs are additional for the purchaser

• Money transfer costs in advance
• Cost of shipment proof

 

In principle, our terms and conditions also apply to deliveries to the countries of the EU.

In addition, the following applies to invoicing:

• If the VAT ID no. When placing the order, the invoicing will be net with the note: Tax-free Intra-Community delivery.
• If the contracting company is not in possession of a sales tax ID no. the invoice will be with VAT. and is including VAT. to pay.

 

Deliveries outside the EU may incur duties, taxes and fees which will be met by the customer.

We reserve the right to conduct a credit check.

 

Attention! After making your order, a cancellation is no longer possible. If the customer unlawfully and culpably denied acceptance or payment or terminated the contractual relationship contrary to the contract, he undertakes to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 20% of the net order amount. This does not affect the right of Bambus Dreams GmbH to claim further damages.
