Terms of payment and delivery

The following terms apply:

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping is excluded to the following islands: Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Helgoland, Canary Islands, French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM/TOM), Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia, Sicily, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Gotland, Åland, Pitcairn, Tokelau, Tristan da Cunha, St Helena, Ascension, Falkland Islands, Kiritimati, Crimea, North Korea, Syria, Iran, Somalia.

Prices
Prices are in EUR, packaged, ex German warehouse, plus statutory VAT.
Packaging, freight and insurance are charged at cost price and depend on quantity and volume. Packaging material cannot be returned or credited.

Accepted payment methods:

• Cash payment on collection
• Advance payment by bank transfer
• Payment by invoice

 

Payment terms
As a general rule, payment is made in advance. For selected existing customers, different payment terms may be agreed individually.

Further payment details
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 30 days

Special agreements related to the offered payment methods
Validity check
If we pay in advance, e.g. when paying an invoice or a debit note, your data will be forwarded to SCHUFA Holding AG, Komoranweg 5, 65201 Wiesbaden, for a validity check using a mathematical-statistic process in order to safeguard our authorised interests. We reserve the right to reject the mode of payment of an invoice or debit note on the basis of the results of the validity check.

Shipping costs deliveries within Germany :

We calculate shipping costs based on shipping weight:

• Parcel shipping from 0 to 30 kg – from €19.90, plus bulky goods surcharge if applicable
• From 30.5 kg by freight forwarder, per pallet from €89.00 (depending on size and volume). The actual freight costs depend on quantity and weight and are determined individually for each order.

 

Delivery is made on a pallet by freight forwarder to the address provided by the customer. Individual components that do not require pallet shipping are sent as a parcel.

For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €49.00 is added to the shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
Pallet shipping by freight forwarder, delivery – from €89.00. The actual freight costs depend on quantity and weight and are determined individually for each order. Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.

Shipping prices are net prices and are subject to statutory VAT.

Delivery time: from 14 days up to 120 days from the date of order.

We always strive to keep stock on hand in order to keep delivery times as short as possible for you. Just get in touch with us! If we have your dream cart in stock, we will contact you to arrange a delivery date. Delivery dates are kept to the extent possible and are non-binding.
The buyer cannot derive any rights from exceeding these deadlines without further ado. If the agreed delivery period is exceeded by more than six weeks, the buyer may set us a grace period of four weeks by registered letter. If delivery still does not take place, the buyer may not claim damages, but may withdraw from the contract. The withdrawal must be declared in writing by registered letter. However, the customer’s right of withdrawal is excluded if our inability to deliver is due to force majeure, which also includes war and mobilization. The same applies if performance is significantly impeded by a change in the circumstances existing at the time the contract was concluded, in particular operational disruptions of any kind, such as strikes and lockouts, shortages of raw materials and supplies, machine damage and other disruptions to operating facilities, as well as if our supplier fails to deliver, or fails to deliver on time.

Deliveries to foreign countries:
We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight: prices are determined individually upon request.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows: prices are determined individually upon request.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the product description.

For deliveries to foreign islands, an island surcharge of €100.00 is added to the shipping costs.

Delivery and payment terms to foreign countries
Deliveries to foreign countries are subject to the following conditions. The buyer additionally bears the following costs:

• Money transfer costs in case of advance payment
• Costs for proof of transport
• Costs for creating customs export documents

 
In principle, our terms and conditions also apply to deliveries within EU countries.

The following also applies to invoicing for EU:

• If the VAT identification number is provided at the time of order, the invoice will be issued net, with the note: Tax-exempt intra-Community supply.
• If the ordering company does not hold a VAT identification number, the invoice will be issued including VAT and must be paid including VAT.

 
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which are borne by the buyer.

Self-collection:
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and about collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Cancellation: Please note!
Once your order is binding, cancellation is no longer possible.
If the customer unlawfully and culpably denied acceptance or payment or terminated the contractual relationship contrary to the contract, he undertakes to pay a contractual penalty in the amount of 20% of the net order amount. This does not affect the right of Bambus Dreams GmbH to claim further damages.
The customer expressly retains the right to prove that no damage occurred at all, or that the damage incurred was significantly lower; in this case, only the lower, demonstrably incurred damage shall be compensated.
